What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email address and shipping address, collected when you buy through our Razorpay payment page.
• Support messages: whatever you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Discord.
• Payment information is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to it.

How we use it

Only to process and ship your order, provide support and warranty service, and contact you about your order. We do not sell your information or send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Courier and shipping partners, to deliver your order.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts, so those services receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@irisargb.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
