These terms apply when you use irisargb.com or buy an IRIS ARGB product from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This website and the IRIS ARGB brand are run by Ganesh Biradar (sole proprietor), 302, Goodwill Apartments, Tingre Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411015, India. Contact: support@irisargb.com.

Products and prices

• Current models and prices are listed on our home page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shipping is free.
• We may change prices or products at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
• Product photos are for illustration. Small differences in appearance do not affect function.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.

Compatibility and safe use

• IRIS ARGB controllers work with 5V 3-pin addressable (ARGB) devices only.
• Do not connect 12V 4-pin RGB devices. They can be damaged, and damage caused this way is not covered by the warranty.
• Do not connect both the USB-C and SATA power inputs at the same time, as shown on the product label.
• Stay within the power limits of your PSU and connected devices.

Warranty

Each controller has a 1-year warranty on the controller and a 2-month warranty on the chip, starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from wrong connections (including 12V RGB devices), physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modification.

To make a claim, contact support@irisargb.com with your order or payment ID and a photo or video of the fault. We will repair or replace the product if the claim is covered.

Firmware and third-party software

The controller runs open-source WLED firmware. SignalRGB, OpenRGB, Amazon Alexa and the WLED apps are third-party products. We are not responsible for changes to them, and their names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
